Las Vegas to Introduce First Gay-Only Restaurant, Bar and Hotel

Las Vegas is about to get a whole lot gayer with the grand opening of Queen Las Vegas, an extravagant boutique hotel, restaurant, gaming lounge, and nightclub, situated on the famous Las Vegas Boulevard.

This concept is the brainchild of LGBTQ+ nightlife impresario Eduardo Cordova, the visionary behind other notable venues such as The Garden.

Cordova, the CEO of Q Group Hospitality, expressed his excitement about creating a vibrant and inclusive entertainment district for the LGBTQ+ community, saying, “It has been my mission to create a vibrant and inclusive entertainment district for our LGBTQ+ community, and I'm thrilled to announce that Q Hospitality Group has secured a prime location on the iconic Las Vegas Strip to create the Gayest destination in Las Vegas.”

Queen Las Vegas promises an unprecedentedly queer experience, boasting a chic mid-century modern design that seamlessly blends with art deco-inspired elements. The hotel will feature 28 themed rooms and communal spaces, adding a touch of historical charm to the contemporary refurbishment. Guests will be welcomed with a tech-savvy hospitality approach, utilizing self-serve check-in kiosks at the bar to make their stay seamless and interactive.

What to Expect

The heart of the experience lies within the restaurant and bar, where high-energy drag performances will take center stage amid a giant disco ball DJ booth. Residents and visitors alike will indulge in delectable dishes, bottomless mimosas, and vibrant craft cocktails while enjoying the dazzling lineup of resident queens.

The nightclub will boast over 50,000 LED lights, a state-of-the-art laser system, and nightly aerialist acts that create an immersive party experience. Plush VIP tables will cater to those who want a more exclusive feel while reveling in the electrifying atmosphere.

As of now, Queen Las Vegas is set to open to the public in September 2023. This landmark addition to the Las Vegas Strip promises to attract guests from around the world, as well as celebrities and tastemakers.

For those eager to be a part of the Queen Las Vegas team, a Casting Call event will be held on-location on Friday, August 4th, from 2-5 pm offering opportunities for various positions, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Model Bartenders, Model Servers, and Kitchen Staff.

Once launched, the Queen Las Vegas restaurant and bar will be open 24/7, with nightly DJ sets starting at 9 p.m. Brunch will be served on weekends from noon, while the Queen Nightclub will be open Friday through Sunday until late. Hotel suite bookings will follow the grand opening celebration scheduled for Fall 2023.
