Azamara to Set Sail For Another 6-Month World Voyage
Azamara, an upmarket cruise line and Destination Immersion experiences leader, had great success to their 2024 Wonders of the World Voyage. The tickets are sold out and there's currently a wait list. To help with the demand, the cruise line announced via PRNewsire they're ready to set sail for a 2025 World Voyage.
The independent cruise line's latest ship, the Azamara Onward, will take on the journey. The cruise will depart from San Diego, California and finish up in Southampton, UK. Along the 155 nights, cruisers will hit 37 countries.
To allow cruisers more time in each place, the itinerary has 15 overnights and 31 late stays in port.
Because of the high demand for the Azamara 2024 World Tour, the cruise line is giving loyalty guests, trade partners, and past and present world-cruisers the first chance to secure their booking.
Carol Cabezas, President of Azamara, said, "We are thrilled to have our second world cruise aboard Azamara Onward. With 60% of ports on this sailing being different from those on our 2024 world voyage, this itinerary was carefully curated to give even the most well-traveled guests a new perspective on the world."
She added that the cruise allows guests to see the world and "take their time in each destination and make memories that will last long after the journey has ended."
Where Will the Azamara 2025 World Tour Go?
The 2025 World Cruise will kick off with a gala in San Diego. The cruise features 13 total complimentary land events.
Some highlighted destinations include:
Honolulu,Hawaii where Azamara will make its long-awaited return.
Samoa and Tonga where guests will experience some lesser-traveled islands.
Sydney, Australia where an overnight stay lets you take a deep dive into the city.
Steward Island, New Zealand where New Zealand's southernmost island lets you experience the country's true wonders.
Benoa, Bali where the deep rooted culture shines in a special evening.
Bangkok, Thailand where two nights allow you to really experience the food, music, art and temples.
Semarang, Indonesia where you can visit the world's largest Buddhist temple.
There's also around $25,000 worth of exclusive amenities. This includes $4,000 of onboard credit, $3,000 for shore excursions, airfare in business class, and more.
While bookings are only currently exclusively available, they will go on sale to the general public on November 10, 2022.
